About Tungsten Telluride WTe2 Powder:
Tungsten telluride (WTe2) is a transitional metal chalcogenide with a layered structure. In its orthogonal cell, the tungsten chain presents a one-dimensional distribution along the A axis of the tellurium layer. It is a kind of non-magnetic semi-metallic material.
Tungsten telluride (WTe2) is an inorganic semimetallic compound. Tungsten ditelluride is found to have very large magnetoresistance: at a magnetic field of 0.5 Kelvin, 60 teslas, the resistance increases by 13 million %. The resistance is proportional to the square of the magnetic field, showing unsaturation. This may be because the material is the first example of a compensating semi-metal where the number of movable holes is equal to the number of electrons tungsten ditelluride has a layered structure similar to many other transition metal halogen compounds, but its layered structure is distorted, and many of them share a honeycombed lattice that is difficult to identify in WTe2. Instead, tungsten atoms form zigzag chains that are thought to behave as one-dimensional conductors. Unlike electrons in other two-dimensional semiconductors, electrons in WTe2 can easily move between layers
The magnetoresistance effect in WTe2 decreases under pressure. When the pressure exceeds 10.5 GPa, the magnetoresistance disappears and the material becomes a superconductor. At 13.0 GPa, the superconducting transition occurs below 6.5 K.
Two – and three-layer thick WTe2 have also been observed to be polar metals, and the theory of electrical polarization with metallic behavior and conversion suggests that polarization is caused by vertical charge transfer between layers, which in turn is caused by interlayer sliding. How is Tungsten Telluride WTe2 Powder Produced?
A preparation method for tungsten ditelluride includes mixing a tungsten raw material liquid consisting of the first solvent with complexing effect and tungsten raw material with a tellurium raw material liquid consisting of a second solvent with reducing effect and a tellurium raw material uniformly, reacting at high temperature under the protection of inert gas, and obtaining tungsten ditelluride after cooling.

Applications of Tungsten Telluride WTe2 Powder :
WTe2 powder for the semiconductor industry, copper indium gallium sulfur thin-film solar cells.

Storage Condition of Tungsten Telluride WTe2 Powder :
The damp reunion will affect WTe2 powder dispersion performance and using effects, therefore, tungsten telluride WTe2 powder should be sealed in vacuum packing and stored in cool and dry room, the tungsten telluride can not be exposure to air. In addition, the WTe2 powder should be avoided under stress.

Packing & Shipping of Tungsten Telluride WTe2 Powder :
We have many different kinds of packing which depend on the tungsten telluride WTe2 powder quantity.
Tungsten telluride WTe2 powder packing: vacuum packing, 100g, 500g or 1kg/bag, 25kg/barrel, or as your request.
Tungsten telluride WTe2 powder shipping: could be shipped out by sea, by air, by express as soon as possible once payment receipt.
